02 — How it works

From first call to first session, within the week.

1

Have a call

Tell us about your team, your space and what you're hoping for. Fifteen minutes is usually enough.

2

We match you with a teacher

We handle the logistics — teacher, equipment and scheduling, based on what suits your office.

3

Start within a week

Most teams have their first session within a week of that first call.

03 — The business case

Good for people, good for the numbers.

PwC’s workplace wellbeing research found that every £1 invested returns £4.17 — through lower absence, less turnover and stronger team performance. It’s not a nice-to-have tucked to one side. It’s a sound line in the budget.

04 — Across the city

Wherever you are in London, we’ll come to you.

Our teachers are based across the city, from the City and Canary Wharf to Shoreditch, Soho, King’s Cross and the Southbank. That spread means we can usually get someone to your office quickly, without asking your team to travel. Wherever your desks are, there’s a teacher near enough to make it easy.

05 — One-off days and events

From a quiet meeting room to the Roundhouse.

We’ve run a four-week mass yoga event for Time Out London at Camden Roundhouse, and a stress workshop for the team at Plentific. If you’ve got something in mind — a launch, an away day, a wellbeing week — we can build it around you.

06 — Who we are

This is what we do. Not a sideline.

Corporate Yoga London is run by Richard Brook, Michaela and Cinzia, alongside a small roster of teachers we’ve chosen ourselves. We’ve been running sessions inside London offices since 2012.

Every teacher we work with is chosen for how they teach and how they are with people — not just their CV. Richard literally wrote the book on this: Understanding Human Nature, rated in The Bookbag’s top 10 self-published books of 2021. His measure of success is simple: look across work, home and health, and honestly think — all is well.

We’re the London arm of Creative Wellness, the wellbeing company Richard founded — beyond the capital, the same team brings yoga, Tai Chi, massage, workshops and retreats to organisations across the UK. This site is its London home.

I don’t just employ great teachers to work in my team, they are great people. They all resonate with my own approach — that alongside wellbeing practices, a sense of connection and community are fundamental to health.

07 — FAQ

Questions, answered.

Anything else — ask on the call, or drop us a line. A real person answers.

Do we need a lot of space?

No. A meeting room, a breakout area or a clear corner of the office is usually enough. We'll ask about your space on the call and work with what you've got.

What if nobody on the team has done this before?

That's most teams. Sessions are built for mixed levels and no experience, so people can join in at their own pace.

Do we need special clothing or equipment?

No. Comfortable clothes are fine, and we bring any equipment ourselves.

How many people can join a session?

It depends on the session and the space you have. We'll talk group size through with you when we plan things.

How does pricing work?

Our class and massage rates are published on the pricing page — classes from £85 and massage days from £110 an hour. Anything bespoke, like a wellness day or a large event, we'll quote on the call.

Are your teachers insured and vetted?

Yes — and we're happy to talk through the specifics with you directly on the call.

Do you only do yoga?

No — yoga and Pilates sit alongside chair massage, mindfulness, workshops and one-off wellness days. Through Creative Wellness we can also bring Tai Chi, sound healing, laughter yoga, tea ceremonies and more into your office.

Let’s talk

Not sure exactly what you need?

That’s fine — most people aren’t when they first get in touch. Tell us roughly what you’re thinking and we’ll work out the rest together on a short call.

Most teams have their first session within a week of the first call.

We’ll only use your details to reply to you — nothing else. See our privacy policy.
