Deep-listening, zero effort format

Corporate sound bath sessions for London offices

A corporate sound bath brings deep, deliberate listening into the working day: singing bowls, gongs and chimes, played live, while the whole team lies back, sits, or simply closes their eyes at a desk. Nobody needs to move, stretch or change anything, which makes it one of the easiest wellbeing formats to get an entire mixed group into at once.

Sound healing & sound baths

01 — The session

Sound healing works with the idea that everything resonates at its own frequency, from the natural world around us through to the body itself. A facilitator plays a series of instruments live in the room, typically singing bowls, gongs, chimes and bells, and the group simply listens. Many people find it brings on a noticeably deep state of relaxation, particularly useful for colleagues who don't feel drawn to more active practices like yoga or meditation.

There's genuinely nothing to do. Participants stay fully clothed and can lie down, sit in a chair, or stay at their desk, whichever suits the space and the moment. Many describe leaving a session feeling more relaxed and recharged, with a clearer head for the rest of the day, and teams often notice the effect on general mood and atmosphere lasts beyond the room itself.

02 — How it runs on the day

1

Facilitator sets up

Our facilitator brings singing bowls, gongs, chimes and bells and sets up in whichever space you can offer, sitting on the floor, a cushion, or at a desk.

2

Settling in

A short introduction explains what to expect, then the group settles into whatever position is comfortable, lying down, seated, or upright at a desk.

3

The sound journey

A continuous sequence of live instruments, played to guide the room into a slow, deep-listening state, with nothing required from participants beyond staying still and listening.

4

A gentle return

The facilitator brings the sound down slowly and gives the room a moment to reorient before anyone needs to speak or move.

03 — Who it suits

A corporate sound bath suits any team, but it's especially useful for the colleagues who tend to sit out yoga or more active sessions. Because there's nothing to do beyond listening, it works for large, mixed groups in a way that few other formats manage, and slots neatly into an away day, wellbeing week, or as a calmer alternative alongside classes like yoga or Pilates.

04 — FAQ

Asked often.

Do we need to do anything during the session?

No. A sound bath is a listening experience, you simply lie down, sit, or stay at your desk while the facilitator plays live instruments.

What instruments are used?

Sessions typically use singing bowls, gongs, chimes and bells, played live rather than recorded, so the sound moves through the room in real time.

Do people need to change clothes or bring anything?

No. Everyone stays fully clothed throughout, there's no kit or preparation needed from your side.

Is this suitable for people who don't like yoga or meditation?

Yes, it's often the best fit for exactly that group. There's no stretching and no instructions to follow, just listening.

How many people can take part?

Sessions work well kept fairly boutique, but can be adapted for larger groups. Get in touch with your numbers and we'll advise.

Can this be combined with other services?

Yes, a sound bath pairs well with a tea ceremony as an optional add-on, or sits alongside yoga and Pilates as part of a wider wellbeing day.
