Structured learning, not just a class
Workplace wellbeing workshops for London teams
A class gives people a practice. A workshop gives people the reasoning behind it, and something concrete to take away. Our workplace wellbeing workshops are structured learning sessions on subjects like stress management, mental health and switching off, built for teams who want to understand the ideas as well as feel the benefit.

01 — The session
Where a yoga or mindfulness class is something you do, a workshop is something you learn from. Sessions are led by a facilitator and mix explanation with practical tools, so people leave with a way of thinking about the subject as well as a technique or two to use afterwards. We ran a stress management workshop for Plentific along these lines, covering practical, in-the-moment ways to recognise and manage pressure at work.
Topics on offer include stress management, health coaching, mental health, switching off and winter wellness, and we can build bespoke versions of any of these around what your team is actually dealing with. Health coaching workshops, for example, can be run as team sessions for smaller groups, a company-wide seminar, or one-to-one coaching at executive level. Workshops can run as a single session or extend to a full day, depending on the subject and how much ground there is to cover.

02 — How it runs on the day
We agree the topic and format
A quick conversation to settle on the subject, whether that's stress management, mental health or something bespoke, and how long the session should run.
The workshop itself
A facilitator leads the group through the subject, mixing explanation with practical tools and, where relevant, some group discussion or exercises.
Practical techniques
Time is set aside for tools people can actually use afterwards, not just theory, so the session leaves something behind.
Wrap-up and resources
A short close covering where to go next, including any suggested resources for people who want to explore the subject further.
03 — Who it suits
This suits teams who want more than a one-off relaxation session, whether that's a department going through a genuinely stressful period, a company keen to put mental health on the agenda properly, or leadership wanting a more personal, 1:1 coaching format. Our stress management workshop for Plentific is a good example of the format in practice.
04 — FAQ
Asked often.
How is a workshop different from a class?
A class is a practice, like yoga or mindfulness. A workshop is a structured learning session, teaching the ideas and tools behind a subject like stress management, so people can apply them independently afterwards.
What topics can a workshop cover?
Our current workshop topics include stress management, health coaching, mental health, switching off and winter wellness. We can also put together a bespoke workshop around a specific concern.
Can a workshop run for a smaller group, like a leadership team?
Yes. Health coaching workshops, for example, can run as 1:1 executive coaching, small team sessions of 6-10 people, or a company-wide seminar.
How long does a workshop take?
It depends on the subject. Some run as a single focused session, while others, particularly on mental health, can extend to a full day.
Do you have an example of a workshop you've delivered?
Yes, we ran a stress management workshop for Plentific, focused on practical, in-the-moment ways to recognise and manage stress at work.
