One-off sessions for away days & wellbeing weeks

Workplace wellbeing experiences for London teams

Alongside regular classes, we run one-off wellbeing experiences designed to make an away day, wellbeing week or team celebration memorable: sound baths, tea ceremonies, cacao ceremonies, laughter yoga and dance and movement sessions. Each is a self-contained experience rather than an ongoing class, built for the moments when a team wants something a bit different.

Wellbeing experiences

01 — The session

A wellbeing experience is a single, standalone session rather than part of a weekly programme. They work well booked around a specific occasion: an away day, an office wellbeing week, a milestone worth marking, or simply a change of pace from regular yoga or Pilates classes. Most are led by a specialist facilitator and need very little from your side beyond a room and a group willing to try something new.

We currently offer five formats: sound healing, tea ceremony, cacao ceremony, laughter yoga, and dance and movement. They range from completely passive, a sound bath, where you simply lie back and listen, through to expressive and physical, dance and movement, so there's a genuine spread to choose from depending on what the team needs on the day.

02 — How it runs on the day

1

Choosing a format

We talk through the occasion and the group, and help you pick between sound healing, tea ceremony, cacao ceremony, laughter yoga or dance and movement.

2

Facilitator sets up

Your facilitator arrives with everything needed for the format you've chosen and sets up in the room or space you've made available.

3

The experience runs

Each format has its own shape, from a quiet, listening-led sound bath to a more expressive dance and movement session, but all are guided start to finish.

4

Pack-down and a moment to land

The facilitator clears away at the end and leaves a little space for the group to sit with how the session felt before heading back to work.

03 — Who it suits

Wellbeing experiences suit teams looking for something memorable rather than another regular class, whether that's marking an away day, filling out a wellbeing week, or simply trying something different from the usual yoga or Pilates slot. Because the five formats range from fully passive to physically expressive, there's usually one that fits a given group and occasion.

04 — FAQ

Asked often.

What happens in a sound bath?

The group lies down, sits, or stays at a desk while a facilitator plays live instruments, singing bowls, gongs, chimes and bells, guiding the room into a slow, deep-listening state. There's nothing to do beyond staying still and listening. We also run this as a standalone corporate sound bath session for teams who want a deeper dive.

What is a tea ceremony?

A Gong Fu Cha style tea ceremony treats tea as a meditation practice rather than just a drink, led by a facilitator with 25 years of experience. It runs for around 1 to 1.5 hours, with an optional sound bath that can be added to extend the session further.

What is a cacao ceremony?

A guided session combining gentle, accessible movement, ceremonial cacao, a natural, caffeine-free plant-based drink, breathwork and a closing meditation. It's designed as a grounded reset for teams under pressure, and suits all levels.

What is laughter yoga?

A fun, easy-to-follow set of laughter exercises combined with deep breathing. You don't need to be in a particular mood, have a sense of humour, or change into activewear, and it doesn't involve physical exercise in the way a normal yoga class does.

What is dance and movement?

A freer, more expressive session built around the idea that moving the body helps process and release emotion, alongside the general lift that comes from moving to music with other people. It's the most physically expressive of the five formats.

Can we combine more than one experience in a single day?

Yes, some teams pair a tea ceremony with an optional sound bath, or build a wellbeing day that mixes an experience with a regular class like yoga or Pilates.
