Guided sessions & stress workshops
Workplace mindfulness that fits into a London working day
Workplace mindfulness sessions for London teams are short, guided and practical, built to fit around meetings rather than compete with them. We also run stress management workshops for teams going through a particularly demanding stretch, like the one we delivered for Plentific.

01 — The session
A typical workplace mindfulness session is a short, guided meditation or breathing practice, run in person by one of our teachers. It doesn't need any special kit or a dedicated studio, a quiet room is usually enough.
PwC research has found that every £1 invested in workplace wellbeing returns £4.17, and mindfulness is one of the more straightforward ways to act on that. For teams under particular pressure, we also run stress management workshops: practical sessions on recognising and managing stress at work, rather than a one-off relaxation exercise. Alongside guided sessions, we also run wellbeing workshops on stress management, mental health and nutrition.

02 — How it runs on the day
Settling in
The teacher gets the room settled, chairs or cushions, lights dimmed if possible, phones away.
Guided practice
A guided meditation or breathing exercise, pitched for people who have never tried it as much as for regulars.
Space to sit with it
A few quiet minutes at the end, rather than rushing straight back to screens.
Short debrief
A brief chat on how it felt and what to try independently before the next session.
03 — Who it suits
This suits teams heading into a stretch of high pressure, a big deadline, a restructure, or just a generally demanding season, as well as teams who simply want a regular pause built into the week. We ran a stress management workshop along these lines for Plentific, focused on practical ways to recognise and manage pressure at work.
04 — FAQ
Asked often.
Do we need any experience with meditation?
No. Sessions are pitched so people who have never tried mindfulness before feel just as comfortable as regular practitioners.
How is a stress workshop different from a mindfulness session?
A mindfulness session is a guided practice in the moment. A stress workshop is more discussion-led, covering practical ways to recognise and manage stress at work, like the one we ran for Plentific.
Do we need to dim the lights or set up a special room?
It helps but isn't essential. A quiet meeting room with the door closed is usually enough.
Can this run alongside our other wellbeing services?
Yes, mindfulness and stress workshops sit well alongside yoga, Pilates or massage as part of a wider programme.
