01 — The brief
Plentific wanted something more targeted than a standard class: a session built specifically around stress, for a team working in a fast-moving property-tech business, delivered in their own office rather than an off-site venue.
That kind of brief calls for a teacher who can hold a room on a focused topic rather than run a generic format, so matching the right person to the session mattered as much as the content itself.
02 — How we ran it
As with any session we run, the practical side was ours to sort: the right teacher for a stress-focused workshop, whatever kit the format needed, and scheduling that worked around Plentific's own day rather than the other way round.
The workshop was built to be accessible to everyone in the room regardless of prior experience with yoga, Pilates or mindfulness, since a stress workshop only works if nobody feels like they need a background in the subject to take part.
03 — What it showed
A focused, single-topic workshop like this gives a team a shared, practical way to talk about stress, which is a different kind of value to an ongoing class and suits a company wanting to address something specific rather than introduce a general programme.
If you'd like to know more about how a similar workshop could be shaped for your own team, that's easily covered on a call.
