How much does corporate yoga cost in London?

Why nobody just gives you a number

Ask five corporate yoga providers in London what they charge and you'll likely get five different answers, most of them some version of 'it depends'. That isn't evasiveness, or at least it isn't meant to be. The honest answer really does depend on enough variables that a single flat figure would be more misleading than useful.

We've been teaching in London offices since 2012, and the quotes we send out vary a fair amount from one company to the next, even when the initial enquiry sounds similar. A weekly lunchtime class for a small team is a genuinely different proposition to a one-off wellness day for a whole floor, and the pricing reflects that rather than being pulled from a fixed rate card.

What actually shapes the cost

A handful of factors do most of the work when a provider puts a quote together. None of them are secret, and any provider worth using should be happy to walk you through them.

  • Session type — a seated stretch break, a full class, a Pilates session and a chair massage slot all take different amounts of teacher time, kit and setup, so they're costed differently.
  • Frequency — a single visit is priced differently, per session, to a standing weekly or fortnightly booking, because regular work lets a provider plan a teacher's diary properly.
  • Group size — a small team and an entire floor need different room setups and sometimes more than one session to cover everyone comfortably, which changes the maths.
  • One-off vs programme — a single wellness day is quoted differently to an ongoing programme, partly for the planning involved and partly because ongoing bookings tend to allow for a steadier overall rate.
  • Time and location — early mornings, lunchtimes and after-work slots see different demand, and a central London office is a different logistical job to one further out.
  • Equipment and space — if mats, chairs or a private room are already sorted on your end, that's less for a provider to bring or arrange, which can affect the number they land on.

One-off sessions vs an ongoing programme

A single wellness day has a certain appeal — it's easy to approve, easy to schedule, and gives everyone a taste of something different. But because it's a one-time event, the per-person cost often looks higher than people expect, simply because there's no ongoing relationship to spread things across.

An ongoing programme, even a modest one, tends to work out better value over time and gives a team something to actually build a habit around. It also means less admin for whoever's arranging it, since scheduling, kit and teacher continuity are handled once and then simply repeat.

Where we stand on published rates

Plenty of providers keep their rates off the website, reasoning that a single headline price either overstates a simple booking or understates a more involved one. There's some truth in that, but we've never loved what it asks of the person doing the shopping around.

So we publish ours. Our current class and massage rates are on our pricing page — the same rates Creative Wellness, our parent company, works to across the UK. Bespoke things like wellness days, conferences and large events still get quoted individually, and every booking gets confirmed properly on a short call, but the starting numbers are there in plain sight.

Questions worth asking any provider

Whoever you end up talking to, these are the questions that tend to get you a clear, comparable answer rather than a vague one.

  • What's included in the quote — teacher time, travel, equipment, any admin?
  • Is there a minimum group size or session length?
  • How does the price change if we book weekly rather than one-off?
  • What happens if the group size or headcount shifts partway through a booking?
  • How far in advance do you need to book, and how quickly could a first session actually happen?
  • Is there a taster or trial session available before we commit to anything ongoing?

Quick answers

Can I get a fixed price without any conversation first?

For standard ongoing classes and massage days, yes — ours are published on our pricing page. For anything bespoke, a short conversation first genuinely produces a more accurate quote, and it's worth being wary of any provider who names a firm price before asking about your team size, space or goals.

Is corporate yoga in London expensive compared with other workplace perks?

It depends what you're weighing it against. Most companies compare it with gym memberships, subscription apps or one-off events, and it tends to hold its own — but a proper comparison needs your own figures, not general reassurance from us.

How quickly can we actually get a quote?

Most providers, us included, can turn a quote around within a day or two of a short conversation about what you're after, and can usually get a first session booked in within about a week.

Not sure exactly what you need?

That's fine — most people aren't when they first get in touch. Tell us roughly what you're thinking and we'll work out the rest together on a short call.
